Joe Lesniak has practiced law since 2003. Most of this time, Joe worked as an Assistant District Attorney for the Office of the District Attorney in Delaware County. Over his career, Joe rose to the level of Chief Prosecutor of the Special Victims and Domestic Violence Division where he prosecuted hundreds of serious crimes. Joe also served as the lead prosecutor for the Pennsylvania Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force. In this position, he trained and mentored prosecutors on how to investigate and prosecute online child predator and child pornography cases. Joe also served as Solicitor of Nether Providence Township, where he drafted ordinances and served the township in zoning and other issues.
