System Patching:

- System Updates are scheduled for the 3rd Friday of each month between 5PM - 10PM
- Planned update notices are sent out 2 business days prior to maintenance window
- Emergency or Critical Updates will be completed when necessary
- Access System Updates Calendar - (COSAM Users Only, Login Required)

Email: [email protected] - Only send one support request email. The COSAM IT email address should not be used as a "CC" on multiple emails since this will flood the system with many requests.

NOTE: COSAM IT has moved to Leach Science Center, room 0173. Our new location is now within the secure research space in the Leach Science Center basement. A telephone is next to the vending machines by the first-floor elevator to call us when you arrive. Access to the basement is locked and will require one of us to meet you on the first floor. We encourage you to make an appointment with us before visiting us.
